Shuukan Yoro! Vol 114

Site:  I’m 100% healthy once again after a really bad cold so updates for the site are once again underway! Spacing for the Profile section has been resolved so all that is left to do is the actual updating of the profiles, and so far I have updated about 6 profiles with the new layout so I should have at least Momusu and Berryz done by tonight with the other groups hopefully done by the end of the weekend.
I also decided to split the Graduated section into “UFA” and “Graduated” sections, meaning that all members currently in UFA will go in that section while everyone who is no longer part of either will be in the graduated section. I’ll do this mainly because I noticed that there are quite a bit more UFA members than before and putting everyone together in the same section resulted in a very large page.
I also wanted to update on the embedding of videos problem we had a few times in the past few weeks as a result of using different codes. We decided to use the normal Youtube embed method instead of other codes so there should be no problem with any videos from now on, so hopefully that will resolve any problems there have been with errors and malformed URLs. Apart from being 100% guaranteed to work (since it’s the embed code from Youtube) it also gives us the benefit of having the bar hide while the video is playing, which I really liked since the video looks bigger.
Work on the Links page is also going as planned but I ran into a few problems with some of the words being out of place so I will have to delay it a few days while I see how to fix that, but it’s pretty much done (it’s 99% done) and it should be up as soon as possible.
Also I wanted to quickly thank everyone who has sent questions by email through the contact us section since it has given me a chance to answer questions as well as know what to work on to improve the site, such as updating more on other non-UFA members such as Kago, Goto, as well as TNX’s THE Possible, and I wanted to let everyone know that I’m working on that and there should be more news on them in the future.
I’ll have at least a few updates done by the end of the weekend so hopefully everyone is looking forward to them, but if you have any other suggestions about updates or sections you would like to see on the site please let us know by commenting below or sending us email!
Thanks again to everyone who has liked our page on Facebook! I’ll focus on posting more videos and other stuff such as small news that doesn’t make it into the site, so if you would like to get updates from the site through your Facebook page please check it out.
Polls: The winner for this poll was Suzuki Kanon with 454 votes (40%), congratulations Zukki! Sayashi Riho came in second with 390 votes (35%), and Sugaya Risako came in third with 282 votes (25%).
There was a total of 1,126 votes for this poll.

Congratulations Zukki!

This week there wasn’t that big of a gap between each one of the members, but it’s great to see that everyone did get a large amount of votes. Zukki, not surprisingly, got first place with about 60 votes more than Riho, and while I am a bit biased toward Zukki since she is one of my favorites I am glad to see that Risako wasn’t that far behind.
I expected to see Riho somewhat higher but it seems that she still hasn’t passed through the “Airi SHOCK!” phase yet, but I am glad that Zukki’s personality has won many fans over since it is certainly one of the most unique and catchy I have seen from any of the members. Risako usually places 1st in her polls but hopefully we get to see her in a higher place next time, but for now good luck to Riho and Risako and congratulations to Zukki!
For some reason comments were disabled on this poll, I’m not sure why that happened though since it was always enabled but I just enabled them for this next poll so feel free to post your views of the member you chose (like always, please don’t post harsh and/or excessively negative comments about any of the members or other fans). If the comments are disabled again for some reason please let me know through the “Contact Us” page and I will enable them once again.
A quick check of the UFA poll and so far the results are:
  1. Kago Ai
  2. Goto Maki
  3. Matsuura Aya
  4. Ichii Sayaka
  5. Ishiguro Aya
For the most part I’m not surprised at all about the top three since they have been in the news recently more than Ichii or Ishiguro, but it’s good to know that the top three have fairly close results, so there is a chance that we might see Goto in first or Ayaya in second although I expect to see the results in the same place next week. Ichii and Ishiguro will probably not get a higher place since there is a very big difference between them but it’s good to know there are a few fans who still support them.
How will the polls end? That will be something everyone will have to wait and see until next week, so if you haven’t voted please vote for your favorite!
Shuukan Hello: This week we will see episode 8 of Hello! Pro Time, and it’s among the most interesting I have seen from the series so far since we get to see Maasa and Risako at a maid cafe as well as many fun interactions from Sayu on the Momusu Only you PV recording.
I haven’t had a chance to upload the episodes to my channel due to the cold but I will update this post as well as the past one with links as soon as possible, but a big thank you to TPF for the links as well as a thank you from everyone here at H!SN for subbing the episodes!
I plan on showing other series as soon as possible so please keep a look out in the next few weeks since I might add one for a bit of variety. I haven’t decided whether to start with the Utaban or other episodes but I’ll see what I can find and I’ll update (most likely Utaban since they are the most memorable).
Here’s the brief list of what this episode contains:
  • Maasa and Risako go to a maid cafe
  • Maeda Yuuka and her pet
  • Michishige Sayumi shows off some scenes from Momusu’s Only You PV shooting
Hopefully everyone enjoys this week’s episode!
