C-ute – “Kirai de Kirai de Kirai” Radio Preview Released

C-ute – “Kirai de Kirai de Kirai” Radio Preview ReleasedA radio preview for C-ute’s B-side of Berryz Koubou and C-ute’s joint single titled Kirai de Kirai de Kiraihas been released.
At the very start of the song, I was already blown away by the amazing instrumental which consists of violins mainly since it sounds like some strong classical music put in scary or suspense acts in movies, and I immediately thought that they did a great job matching the title that literally means “I hate you so, so much that I hate you”, but the good impression didn’t stop there since when the girls started singing, the lyrics were perfectly fitting the title, as well as the instrumental, with a lot of contradictions between (Dai)Kirai and (Dai)Suki (I hate/love you) all along since it’s rare to hear Daikirai (I hate you so much) in a H!P song except for Kirai Suki Daikirai of Buono! that I can recall, and the even more amazing part was the group lines that were really strong and added a great beat to the verses, specially when the instrumental kicked off to become stronger and harder with some synthesizer to then go back with a last strong beat to the calm violins.
Apart from that, the song is really catchy and amazed me by how deep and mature they managed to make it sound, and for once, I actually liked the instrumental break after the second chorus since the music was fitting the whole extremely well, and following was the third strong chorus with everyone singing and solo lines by Airi and Mai (who I couldn’t help but notice how much improvement she has done recently), and I overall like everything about it since the song is a wonderful addition as a B-side to the happy and energetic A-side that is Amazuppai Haru ni Sakurasaku, and it should please all of C-ute’s fans since they get to hear C-ute happy sound in the A-side alongside their mature sound in the B-side.
Overall, I’m really amazed by this song since it’s mature, strong, and mostly very unique with the unusual instrumental that makes all it’s charm mainly in the beginning and mostly the end, and alongside the lyrics, the fair line distribution and the chorus that kicks off this amazing song, this is set to be a hit for all C-ute fans who like their deep sound better.
Hopefully everyone who hasn’t made their minds yet will consider purchasing a copy of the single since the B-side is the other half of the single in a way, and having a great complementary of happy and mature sounds by C-ute should be great for everyone!
The release date is set for 11/9.
