LQ covers for the C-ute Edition (under Zetima) of Berryz Koubou and C-ute’s collaboration single titled Amazuppai Haru ni Sakurasaku have been released.
Even though the covers are the regular LQ covers we first get of a single, It still gives us a very clear idea of the content since there is only 3 editions overall, and I have to say that I really like the variety in the images used as covers since it shows off the PV’s theme and the song perfectly through their outfits or the setting they are posing in, with nice additions in each cover.
Regular Edition features both groups with C-ute in front of Berryz standing in a 3-row formation with the spotlight being on C-ute since it’s their edition’s covers, and they are all holding some sort of certificate with the title being written on the right in a small white space decorated with flowers, and the main point of the cover is the background that’s really colorful and pretty which immediately draws the attention, and I love how they gave the regular edition cover a nice feel to it since it doesn’t look bad compared to the others.
Limited A featured both groups also but in the audience of the auditorium they were in the PV with Berryz standing in the corner (walking down what seems to be the hallway) while C-ute are sitting in the spotlight on the front row of the audience while the title is written on the room’s floor in a very subtle font and soft color which attracts all the attention to the girls and their flashy costumes.
Limited B shows us a more relaxed cover since first of all, it’s only featurning C-ute members that are standing in a vertical formation with Maimi in the beginning and Chisa at the end, and they all look great even though the stair’s ramp seems to cover up a lot of their costumes which looses the main focus, but still, it’s nice to have a very soft and clear cover compared to the other 2, alongside the title written in a soft pink color on top to add to the cutesy and softness of the cover.
Overall, I really think that they did an amazing job on those covers since they showed us the theme of the song and the PV perfectly, and I like the fact that for C-ute’s editions, they are the center while I’m guessing Berryz’s covers will be the same as those but with the members switched to make Berryz the spotlight, but we’ll have to wait for the covers to find out for sure.
The release date is set for 11/09.
