Morning Musume – “Kaiketsu Positive A” Radio Preview Released

Radio previews for Morning Musume’s 12th album song titled Kaiketsu Positive A has been released.
Many fans were speculating that Kaiketsu Positive A would be an Aika/Erina/Kanon song while it actually turned out to be a group song, but I have to say that I’m not disappointed by this fact since all of the Kyuukies seem to have gotten at least one line (if not more), as well as Gaki and Sayu getting some really long lines (which aren’t autotuned for once), so I’m sure this group song was the touch of funky that the album needed.
Kaiketsu Positive A just amazed me from the first listen since it’s similar to some of the Grease songs from back then thanks to the unique instrumental as well as the many english words and english rhythm during “Baby baby baby/ Maybe maybe maybe” at 1:15, but specially because of the way the lines were sung by the members, weither it’s Ai or Risa in the beginning or Riho and Kanon in the second verse singing the strong lines with the funky last syllables, the group lines that follow always add up an amazing feeling to the beginning and the rock/pop sound just makes the song glow from the inside out and as I mentioned earlier, gives the funky feeling to the song, and having all of the members who don’t usually get lines to sing in the second part of the song makes this song even more unique since I noticed that the Kyuukies sing in the second verse, and their voices are really all amazingly improving, specially what I recognized to be Kanon (2:36-2:45), and even Sayu to me seems to have improved since she sings a line with a high note near the end that is just greatly done.
Overall, I think that these last few previews should persuade anyone who hasn’t purchased a copy of the album to do so since Tsunku really outdone himself by coming up with a variety of songs that are all mind-blowing, so please reserve a copy of the album to enjoy those amazing songs and support the new Morning Musume (Only the song Otome no Timing didn’t get a radio preview).
The release date is set for 10/12.
