UFZS To Collaborate With K-pop Duo “Tensi Love” And Release 2 Original K-pop Songs

0
It was earlier announced that Up-Up Girl’s unit UFZS will be collaborating with a K-pop duo who debuted in Japan called “Tensi Love” who will be providing the girls 2 original K-pop songs for them in order to make their name known alongside Koreans.
The girls were aware of the announcement in a meeting, and thanks to claneski @ H!O, here is a short summary of what the girls’ next activities are:
The summary of what DJtaba said is here:
UFZS has reached their first milestone in the front line as a K-pop dance cover team after all their activities, and also reaching the finals of SuperStarK3 Japan round. And now DJtaba thinks that the next level would be UFZS to have Korean songs made by Korean artist. For that he had approached a Korean duo who debuted in Japan ‘Tensi Love’ to provide them two original songs for UFZS.
DJtaba then explained how the girls (for this project) will not work as Up Up Girls, and that UFZS is not just a K-Pop dance cover team. UFZS will reverse what the usual “Korean groups coming to Japan singing Japan songs” and try to make UFZS known to the Korean people. It will be very different to how they are used to sing and dance (as in Korean vs Japan way), so he ask them to prepare themselves.
DJtaba said that the UFZS that we knew before is no more, and now they are a brand new UFZS.

When I first read the news, I was highly impressed by all of the planning that was done on the girls’ upcoming activities which is something really unique and new in the J-pop industry (and specially considering it’s an UFA artist/group) since there isn’t that many J-pop groups that debuted in Korea since it has been the other way round for quite some time, so to see that UFZS are set to release original songs and dances that follow the K-pop rules to fit the Korean audience is really an amazing thing to hear.
Since the girls have been gaining notoriety through the past few months by their performances at the MAP Theater, their dance covers, live streams on Ustream and Nico Nico, special events, as well as them being featured in many newspapers and magazines, a mention about a breakthrough activity was expected, and even though I don’t know if we can call those upcoming releases an official “debut”, it’s still a very huge step that has been taken towards their debut, and since the idea is really original and they managed to find a K-pop duo to create them the 2 original songs makes it all the more special.
Overall, I’m really excited to see what the 2 songs will come out to be and what the “new UFZS” will be like since there was a clear mention that they will try and fit the Korean style through their singing and dancing, so I can’t wait to find out more details about this amazing announcement.
More details will be revealed at the K☆DANCE LOVERS Vol2 event on 11/11.
Announcement to the girls
